DX Cluster

Some users have reported connectivity issues with the DX Cluster app on iOS 18. This is typically related to new privacy settings. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network and ensure DX Cluster has permission enabled.

HAM QuickLog

To import ADIF files from your Mac: 1) Connect your iPhone/iPad to your Mac. 2) Open Finder and select your device. 3) Go to the Files tab. 4) Find HAM QuickLog in the list. 5) Drag and drop your ADIF file into the app folder. 6) Open HAM QuickLog and go to Settings > Import to complete the import.
HAM QuickLog can import ADIF files directly from a URL. Go to Settings > Import > Import from URL. Enter the full URL to your ADIF file (must be publicly accessible). The app will download and import the file automatically.
If you cannot enter decimal characters (like a period or comma for frequency input), this is usually related to your device keyboard settings. Try: 1) Check your region settings in iOS Settings > General > Language & Region. 2) Make sure you are using the correct keyboard type. 3) Try using both period (.) and comma (,) as some regions use different decimal separators.
To backup your logs: 1) Go to Settings > Export. 2) Choose ADIF format for compatibility. 3) Select your export destination (email, Files app, etc.). 4) Store the backup file safely. We recommend regular backups, especially before iOS updates.

General

If you cannot send emails from the app (for exporting logs), ensure: 1) You have a mail account configured in iOS Settings > Mail > Accounts. 2) The Mail app is working correctly. 3) You have internet connectivity. 4) Try restarting the app or your device.
